via Kagi
Please tell us why it failed
In the case where our new store
isn't working, the option exists to purchase and activate
iShowU using Kagi. Obviously we really really want to hear from you if
you have got to this point because it means that our new
storefront isn't working as intended (and that's bad).
How do I get iShowU registered using Kagi?
When you
complete the purchase, Kagi will send you an email with a
registration key inside. Under the iShowU menu (of iShowU)
you'll find a menu called Kagi. Click on that and one of
the items is called "Register". This option will unlock
iShowU and get you going.
After Registering
Keep in mind that we're doing all
we can to get all customers over onto the new Activation
system, and so when you next restart you'll be prompted to
validate and reset your password. This won't work however
because Kagi purchases are not in real time and you won't
have an account on the shinywhitebox activation system for
a day or two. We will automatically send you an email when
your account is ready however.
