How to open a support ticket

1. Directly from our applications
(recommended way)

Got a problem?

All shinywhitebox apps include creation of support requests from directly inside the application. The support request will automatically be filled out with lots of useful information, saving us having to ask you for it!

Create a new support request in iShowu HD Pro

Simply go the Help menu and choose “Create New Support Request…

Filling in the form

Enter in your name and email address. A detailed description of your problem will help us considerably when attempting to replicate it. If you’re requesting help with a crash – any information regarding how you make the crash happen is also extreemely useful.

shinywhitebox Support Ticket

It’ll automatically attach system profiler information, and any crash reports for the application.
No personal information is included.

If you want to add additional files you can do so by clicking on Attachments… and then dragging them into attachments window.

Send!

Press the Submit button to send the support request. A ticket will be raised for you and you’ll receive confirmation by email.
